If the Cowboys win but no one can see it, did it really happen?
“The New Meadowlands Stadium experienced two power outages in the 3rd quarter of tonight’s game,” a statement issued by stadium said. “Power was lost when one of the two feeders to the stadium experienced a power interruption.”
“It was scary,” defensive end Osi Umenyiora said. “In this day and age, you never know what could have been happening.” This thought crossed my mind as well. In the end, I’m pretty sure it was just Wade Phillips snipping wires outside the stadium. It at least worked momentarily as FOX lost their feed and the nation was blacked-out.
