Now that I think about it, it has been a crappy week. First, SI overlooked OWS in their blog of the decade write-up. I have no idea how — we have been quite the presence over the past year and a half. Then I missed out on America’s new reality hit Jersey Shore. Now to top it all off, Tiger has decided to go on sabbatical from the PGA Tour. What are we going to talk about if he stays in hiding?
But back to MTV’s Jersey Shore; that dude on the right… not nearly tan enough. Come on bra.

Pat Patriots Arrested in Prostitution Sting

I bet the prostitutes didn’t look like those lovely females in the foreground on this picture. I do not know for a fact, but just a hunch. A few of the names were released today though. One was an 18 year old. How does that happen? Is it bad that I really want to know what this girl looks like and what her life story is?
Even more out there is the fact that apparently one was a 17 year old. Things just keep getting happier down in Foxboro.

The League on FX
Big congrats to the guys over at The League as the series has been picked up for a second season on FX. There are some really brilliant people behind this show. Of course, as well as in front of the camera. Beyond that, they all are good peeps to boot.
Also a congrats to Deadspin for getting an interview with Nick Kroll after we did one with the creators.

Seriously, stoked that there is a new season in the works. I just hope there are more than 6 episodes because there is a lot that can be done with these characters. Weekend What To Watch
No College football. Well, essentially not college football. You do have UFC 107 on PPV and The U on ESPN’s 30 for 30 documentary series on Saturday night.
I feel a little lost this weekend. No fantasy football. The playoffs have started in both my leagues but I don’t seem to have a game this week. That’s right… BYE WEEK! First round bye in the playoffs in both leagues!
I don’t know what I am going to do maybe take a nice trip like the players do on their bye week. But this is the playoffs I can’t do that. Maybe I’ll just relax and rest up for the divisional round next weekend. Maybe I’ll go to Home Depot, Bed, Bath And Beyond; I don’t know if I’ll have time. All I know is that I will see you in round two.
