It’s going to take a bit more than a dollar, but Curt Schilling has dropped the asking price on his Medfield mansion to $4.5 million, which is what he paid for it in 2004. The best part is who he paid that $4.5 million to. The answer is none other than Drew Bledsoe.
At first, Schill tried to price this 11,000-square-foot gated home, which includes a home theater, heated swimming pool, an all-sports court and a professional batting cage, at a whopping $8 millie. This was likely too much in a normal economy but that price had no chance this past year. The price was cut down to $5 million by March and is now begin cut again.
I haven’t even started to wrap my mind around what Bledsoe was doing in this crib in the ’90s. I know there was a lot of Everclear music and crowd surfing.
