I personally think his agent told him he was going to “the Golden State” and Stoudemire wrongly assumed that meant the Lakers.

Well i agree wit wut anonymous dat deh lakerz rite now cant afford to hire Amare unless dey make a big trade but on Sports Center (where i first herd about dis) dey sed Amare wuz willin to take a major pay kut to win a championship. But honestly if u put Amare on deh teem wit Kobe n Gasol n Odom n now Artest, dats just not fair to evry1 else.
